Southgate Travelers: New Customer Promotion
Terms and Conditions
1. Eligibility
- New Customers Only: This promotion applies exclusively to NEW customers of Travel Treasures and Tours.
- Definition: A “New Customer” is defined as an individual who does not have a past booking history within our current active reservation system (approx. past 24 months).
- Southgate Exclusive: To qualify for the discount, the booking must utilize the Southgate Parking Lot (Police Dept) as the selected pickup location.
- Email Subscription: Customers must create an online account and be opted-in to the Travel Treasures and Tours email newsletter list to qualify.
2. Promotion Period
- Booking Window: Offers are valid for bookings made starting [Insert Today’s Date] and ending February 28, 2026 at 11:59 pm.
- Deadline: You must book your trip by this deadline. However, the trip itself may take place on a date after February 28, 2026.
3. Promotional Offers Eligible new customers will receive a one-time discount on their first booking:
- Day Trips: Save $5.00 per person (Use Online Code: SOUTHGATE5)
- Overnight/Multi-Day Trips: Save $10.00 per person (Use Online Code: SOUTHGATE10)
4. Redemption Requirements
- Online Only: The applicable coupon code must be entered at the time of online checkout. Discounts cannot be applied retroactively after payment has been processed.
- Single Use: Limit one (1) discount per customer. The discount applies only to the first trip booked.
- Fees: Standard booking terms apply. Online bookings are subject to standard credit card processing fees.
5. Limitations & Exclusions
- Combinable Offers: This promotional code MAY be used in conjunction with our standard Early Booking Discount.
- Other Restrictions: Aside from the Early Booking Discount, this offer cannot be combined with other coupons, private group rates, or special promotions.
- Advertised Trips Only: Offer is valid only for public trips currently advertised on the Travel Treasures and Tours website. It is not valid for custom travel, private charters, or closed group tours.
- No Rain Checks: Offers are available for currently scheduled trips only. We cannot offer “rain checks” or hold the discount for trips that have not yet been released or marketed.
- Non-Transferable: This discounted rate applies to the specific traveler and cannot be transferred to another person.
6. Changes & Cancellations
- Pickup Location Changes: If a customer changes their pickup location from Southgate to a different location after booking, the promotional discount will be forfeited, and the customer will be responsible for paying the price difference.
- Rebooking: Bookings canceled by the customer and later rebooked will not be eligible for the “New Customer” promotional benefits.
- Standard Policy: All bookings are subject to the standard Travel Treasures and Tours cancellation policy regarding refunds and deposits.
7. Payment Requirements
- Deposit: To secure the discount, the standard required deposit (or full payment) must be made at the time of booking. Unpaid reservations or temporary holds are not eligible.
8. Right to Modify
- Travel Treasures and Tours reserves the right to modify or cancel this promotion at any time without notice.
- Any disputes arising from this promotion will be governed by the laws of the State of Michigan.
9. Acceptance of Terms
- By using the promotional code and booking a trip, customers acknowledge and agree to these terms and conditions.
