1. Eligibility

• • The promotion applies to NEW AND FUTURE bookings only. Existing bookings or previously made reservations are not eligible for discounts or adjustments.

2. Promotion Period

• • Offers are valid only during the promotional period:
    [Promotion Start: 11/28/25 at 9:00 am and ends 12/1/25 at 11:59 pm].
    Bookings made outside this time frame will not qualify.

3. Promotional Offers

• • Customers will receive the following benefits for each booking:
    • $5 coupon per person for any Casino Day Trip (Click for Upcoming Trips)
    • $5 coupon per person for any Sightseeing Day Trip (Click for Upcoming Trips)
    • $10 coupon per person for all Overnight or longer Trips (Click for Upcoming Trips)
  • Waived credit card fees for bookings made and paid online during the promotional period. Bookings made over the phone are subject to credit card fees.
  • Each reservation will automatically enter the customer into a drawing to win $50 toward a future trip. There is no limit to entries—only 1 entry per reservation.

4. Coupon Terms

• • Coupons are issued per person booked and may only be redeemed toward future trips with Travel Treasures and Tours for new bookings made AFTER the promotional period.
  • Coupons have no cash value, are non-transferable, and cannot be combined with other discounts or promotions.
  • Coupons will be automatically added to the account of the individual who made the booking(s) after the booking has been made. Coupons must be used within 6 months of issuance. Trips can be booked for dates beyond 6 months, but coupons must be redeemed within the 6-month timeframe.
  • Coupons may be limited in their use, and Travel Treasures and Tours reserves the right to restrict the combination of coupons with other offers, promotions, or discounts.

5. $50 Drawing Terms

• • The $50 award will be valid for 6 months from the date of issuance.
  • The award may only be used toward future trips and cannot be redeemed for cash.

6. Non-Refundable Offers

• • Any payments made as part of the Black Friday Promotion are non-refundable, except under circumstances outlined in the standard company cancellation policy.

7. Limited Availability

• • Offers are available on a first-come, first-served basis. Availability is subject to trip capacity and may sell out prior to the end of the promotion period.
  • Offers are valid only for trips that are currently advertised. Trips not yet marketed or planned are not eligible (no rain checks).
  • Gift cards are not eligible for the promotion unless they are for a specific trip on a specific date.

8. Limitations

• Offers are not available for:
  • Trips that are sold out (no rain checks).
  • Trips that have not yet been marketed.
  • Charters, group tours, senior centers, large groups joining our trips, or private tours. Please call for further details. Travel Treasures and Tours will have the final say.

9. Payment Requirements

• • To qualify for promotional benefits, payment in full or the required deposit must be made at the time of booking. Unpaid bookings will not be eligible.

10. Changes to Bookings

• • Any modifications to bookings made after the promotional period (e.g., change of date or trip) will result in the forfeiture of promotional benefits, and the booking will revert to standard terms and pricing.

11. Customer Cancellation and Rebooking

• • Bookings canceled by the customer and later rebooked will not be eligible for promotional benefits.
  • Travelers with an existing booking cannot retroactively qualify for the promotion.

12. Company Cancellations

• • In the rare event that a trip is canceled by Travel Treasures and Tours, the standard cancellation policies will apply. Only the amount paid for the booking will be transferable.

13. Promotional Use

• • By participating in the promotion, customers agree to allow Travel Treasures and Tours to use their booking details for promotional and marketing purposes (e.g., testimonials, success stories).

14. Dispute Resolution

• • Any disputes arising from the Black Friday Promotion will be governed by the laws of the State of Michigan.

15. Right to Modify or Cancel

• • Travel Treasures and Tours reserves the right to modify or cancel the Black Friday Promotion at any time without notice.

16. Acceptance of Terms

• • By booking a trip during the Black Friday Promotion, customers acknowledge and agree to these terms and conditions.
