Reserved Seating

We now offer reserved seats for an extra charge. These seats must be purchased prior to the trip date. These seats are for the duration of the entire trip. All seating is based on first come first serve except those that are reserved. If you sit in a seat that was reserved you will be asked to move. If you have purchased a seat and someone is sitting in that particular seat please speak with your escort or driver. They are there to help. When purchasing a reserved seat you are only guaranteed a class of seat and as such we reserve the right to provide a seat in the same category. For example, if you purchase a seat for a day trip in the first three rows, we are guaranteeing a seat in the first 3 rows. Although we do try to honor any and all requests, we can not always guarentee an exact seat.  

It is expected that all passengers are to be courteous and respectful of other passengers. This goes for seating as well. It is expected that all passengers on an overnight trip are sitting next to their roommate. Single passengers have only purchased one seat and as such are not entitled to save or “block” a second seat off. We do not allow passengers to save a group of seats for passengers at other pickups or who are not present at the time of boarding. The escort or driver may give special instructions when boarding the coach. This is especially true on coaches that are filled close or at capacity. These instructions must be followed. Failure to follow these instructions can result in removal from the coach without any compensation. The escort and driver will have final say on any disputes.
